Frustration meets Anxiety who meets High blood pressure
Dear Journal,
I'm so frustrated with my healthcare professionals. I'm frustrated with these horrible migraines. Yesterday was a very bad day! My head was a ten going on a twelve. My Bp was 186/117. I went to the ER on Monday for this terrible headache. The IV meds worked while I was there. I wish they could get these headaches & high blood pressure under control. I've reached out to a colleague to see if he knows a Geneticist, since I was advised that migraines are genetic/hereditary. Still, waiting for him to get back to me. There's gotta be some better answers & solutions to these headaches. Getting a headache for 15-20 days per month is a bit absurd to me. Seriously, where are the providers that can help? I just want this pain to stop. It seems like everything comes with some sort of rebound headaches. I need answers immediately. If my doctor's appointment doesn't go well on Saturday, I think I'm turning in my towel. This repeated cycle of wasting money on medication & doctor's appointments are ridiculous because I end up leaving more pissed off!

Did you start having the migraines when you were starting to have some financial problems or have you had the most of your life? I do know stress makes them much worse....

I\'ve had migraines since I was 15 years old. And stress makes them worse.
