Frustrating

It seems like my bladder control is worsening and the consistency is getting less and less sometimes once I get the urge I can hold it for a while but lately I have been going within minutes of the urge starting before I have time to get to a restroom. It happened the other day while reffing soccer when I wasn't wearing protection and today right after I got back to my apartment
