frusterating
Yesterday I got a letter in the mail with no explanation just two pages that were written in a way that is hard for me to read. I figured it out though. I got the Medicaid that I asked for but the "cards" letters were confusing. Today I called to see if there was Rx help with it and they said that would be with my Medicare so to make a long story short...I spent two hours bouncing between Medicare and Medicaid running in circles. I finally asked if there was somewhere I could go that I could talk face to face and they said that all of it was on the phone now. I pushed the issue and they finally told me to go to workforce services and talk to them which I did,....Know what....IT TOOK ME 10 MINUTES TO FIND OUT WHAT TOOK ME HOURS OF GETTING NOWHERE!!!! At least that disaster is over. They signed me up for all of June so now I have to contact each of the Dr.s I went to in June, but I am ready to do all of that and be done with it.
