Friday nite

KInda like Spring today. Soon be time to go to work. It is supposed to be 50 degrees over nite.  I plan to ride the bike for the 1st time this year! Hope I don 't ge rained on.  50 isn't too bad fopr riding if you are dressed for it.  But 50 and wet ain't no fun!
Feelin great!  Got to 257 today. got my BMI down to 40! Will have my 4 month surgry ann Sunday the 7th. Lost right at 80 lb.
