Whoop, whoop!  It’s Friday!

I saw this on Pinterest this week and it made me LOL…

…anyone else?!  Oh my gosh!  That is SO ME!  Hahahahaha!

Needless to say, if you’re looking for me tonight, I’ll be snuggled in my bed. By like 8:30.  Sigh.

I wanted to say thank you so much to all of you who sent me messages and comments of love on Wednesday when I posted that silly video of me seeing my new cookbook for the first time…

…ah!  I love it so much!!  My publisher made a compilation book of all the recipes from my previous books (plus a few from my blog) and turned it into one big Meal Planner.  It’s divided up with four weeks per season and includes your shopping list too.  I was really pleased when I saw it on Wednesday afternoon.  If you want to pre-order your copy, you can HERE.  It releases October 2.  Thank you again!!

Okay, speaking of my slow cooker and Instant Pot, I thought now would be a good time to give you a friendly reminder that they’re both amazing.

My slow cooker is probably like four or five years old.  They always carry it at Williams-Sonoma and it’s always on sale there.  What I love about it is the insert.  You remove the insert and can set it directly on your burner to brown things before popping it back in the slow cooker to finish cooking.  It’s a-mazing.  I bet I use this thing at least once (up to 4 or 5 times!) a week!  If you’re needing a new slow cooker, you will love this one.  Also, don’t forget, you can find all of my slow cooker recipes HERE.

And then this…

…is my new Instant Pot (also on sale).  I’m still dipping my toe in the Instant Pot craze.  I chronicled my first Instant Pot experience HERE.  The comments/tips and suggestions alone on that post make it a must read.  You guys NAILED the info on using an Instant Pot!  I have only used mine twice now, but I’m determined to use it more and learn new recipes/easy ideas.  Everyone keeps telling me how life changing it is…and I want my life changed
