I had to go to an appt and I also had to get a refill on 4 of my meds. Sheesh! It filled one of those medium size paper bags! Looks like I cam walkin out of a liquer store. My doc sent me to the brace shop today to get a new brace for my ankle. It's ok but not as good as I wanted it to be and it's hot. It has a gel padding inside that you can stick in the freezer and cool the ankle, so as soon as I got home, I stuck it in there. We'll see how this works. In 1-2 hrs I'll pull it out of the freezer and see how long it stays cold for. Pretty neat! I just wish it braced better. Oh well... the guy that fit it on me told me if it doesn't help, I can go back to my doc and request a lace up one. He said it offers much more support than this gel brace. "Cool beans" I said. So we will see how this plays out. i'm tired and need to go to the beach, haven't had a chance to go all week!  Hope everyone has a darn good weekend! Don't party too hard and God bless!
