very bad day today, some breakthrough pain because I have been off the celebrex. Can't afford to refill right now and it is one that I can go off of without any problem except pain...lol so tired I can't really function, but I can't nap either...wth is up with that! My breathing has been really bad with headaches and I know that is contributing to the tiredness. I just feel so low that I'll never be able to climb up again, even though I know that that's not the case. Everything is just a matter of time, but it is hard to see through the dark to the light, even though you know it is there. Everything else in my life is good why is it that money seems to rule everything else? My kids are healthy and doing well, my husband is a good man and supportive as much as he can understand what I am going through. I have friends and a roof over my head so why am I so down? Is it just the stress over our money problems or is it all health related? I have to stop looking on the internet because every time that I do I think I'm going to die from this lung disease, there seems to be no help and it is ireversible, so if they can't stop the progress I'm doomed it seems.

sorry that you are feeling unwell today...keep smiling...things will get better just give it some time...about the constantly feeling tired...because of your lung issues there is most likely oxygen deprivation to your muscles...there is a product called MSM (methylsulfonylmethane) a long name but it is MSM abbr....anyhows it is a natural product that is used to promote oxygen to the muscles...I have been on it for quite some time and usually take it every day most of the time I take it before doing some major house chore like vacuuming or floor washing...this might be something that would help you...far as the money thing goes well yes it does rule our lives sometimes too much I think...try not to worry about it as that would just add to the depression and feelings of doom...I try to keep a positive attitude but there are some days when I wonder why my life has to be so difficult and why do I have all these health issues and why do I have to struggle from month to month with only a few dollars in my pocket and why this and why that...but then I see or hear of others who are way worse off than me...have even less than I do...it doesnt change my situation but it does change my feeling so bummed out about my life...I am still here...a warrior...a fighter...AND YOU ARE TOO!!! :)

hey its liz. im sorry for the way your feeling. its a awful feeling when your that down and sick. i always say, i dont understand why? but i guess i do given our health problems. 2 weeks ago, i felt the best i had felt in a long time for like 4/5 days and then boom, it hit again for a couple days. now this week i felt ok, and then last nite woke up and felt like, not really dizzy or light headed but a strange feeling in my head and very tierd, throat is hurting like always, and guess what its nice out today, and im too messed up to do anything. we cant completly control what health problems we get but if i could go back at least 2 years ago, i would have made major health changes to at least try and avoid some of this sickness. maybe i would have been able to handle it better.(who knows)? were all together in this, so hang in there lots of hugs....

thanks, sometimes you just need to hear from someone else that it will get better. this is the worst I have felt with this condition. I have been dealing with it for 4 years but only recently with a diagnosis. It seemed to be better before they put me on all the meds, makes me wonder if it is worth it, all the side effects are worse than the original complaints. The money thing will get better it always does, we\'ve been self employed for years but this is the worst it has been but I know that the economy is making it as bad as it is.
Thanks for the words of encouragement

Sorry to hear about not being able to afford the meds - it is a shame that money is the one thing that makes or breaks things. I wish there was something I could say to ease your pain, I suppose that your family being well is a comfort but I know from expeince that pain can knock you for six and cloud the good.
So all I can say is that I am thinking about you and wish you all the best, and may you angel guide and protect you.

Chin up and keep smilling
