The other day was a very bad day for me. I was feeling very down and very lost. With the help of a couple wonderful supporters here, I was able to keep going. I will not give up. I can't. I must make true lifestyle changes.
Monday is an important day. It will truly decide my future because I will know whether or not I have major health problems. The outcome of Monday terrifies me, but I am young and I can overcome whatever is thrown my way. With God and my family beside me, I can do anything.
I have to face my laziness and overcome it. It is truly my biggest obstacle. I spend my days doing, literally, nothing. I watch tv, sleep, play with my phone. I do my classwork when I have to.I don't really clean, even though it is something I love doing. Just like exercising. If I can just get over the lazy, then I will become a powerhouse!
Thank you to those of you who really reached out to help me. That is what this site is all about and I hope you know I will be there for you guys whenever you need me. I think about you both often and am always rooting for your happiness and success.
