freedom!!

hubby getting message indirectly.hasn't guts to come straight out and ask are we done.I have started preparing my little ones for his soon departure so their therapy starts next week. They informed me that they love him but don't want to live with him. They are afraid of him. I am REALLY PISSED ABOUT THAT!  I have gotten the 401 papers (I put the whole package together) will do the taxes and after he pays for the taxes and whatnot on the mobilehome, since he lived there rent free (I bought it) then he will pay for other things we had agreed on before my eyes opened.After all that we WILL split it 50-50.  Including his 401k. I will even get a low income housing list from my mom for him to do as he wishes. I wash my hands of him and I will see what I need to do because one never know, he may decide to flip out on me so I will do all transactions in public.Going to office depot to get divorce package and if he wants to be a jackass I'll just have to put his business in the street by the way of the court.Have I missed anything?And by the way I STILL HAVE MY JOY,JOY,JOY,JOY, DOWN IN MY HEART!
