Freak!!!!!

The other day I am driving up Havendale Blvd and I see my dentist's name on a sign in front of a restaurant.  I was thinking to myself, surely that did not say Rest in Peace!!  Maybe it said Happy Birthday.  Later that evening I was having dinner with friends and was walking into the restaurant and see one of his hygienist and she asks me if I had heard the news!!!  Sure enough he had passed last Thursday.  Several years back he was having surgery on some other area and had an anyerisum  break and almost died on the table.  Well, I guess he was not feeling well and went to the hospital after seeing his last patient and died at the hospital.  This is shocking!!!! Crazy, my first dentist killed himself, second died of Alzheimer's at 60, he was a very close personal friend and now this guy.  Maybe I should switch offices!!
So, how timely is this.....I was eating a cashew last night and broke a freaking tooth!!!  I call this morning and of course the other dentist is covered up and they can't see me.....I am leaving for CO on Monday and don't want to get out there and start having trouble with it.  What to do?  I have a retired dentist friend that I could call and see if he could get me worked in with the person that took his place.  I don't want to have to play that card though.  Also, have been going to the same office for 40 years but don't want to play that card either.
