Four hour grocery visit

Danger to myself.
I went to the grocery store and wandered around for four hours. Stumbled into the release for PS4. It was intense.
I couldn't stay home. I was flipping out. Shawn went to sleep so I left.
I yanked out my hair for hours. I bit into the skin on my fingers enough that my fingertips bled. A lot.
I'm exhausted.
Emotionally drained.
