Foundation for the Child (European Union), why doesn't USA have one of these?//82 degrees today

"Foundation for the Child" (European Union), said that smacking a child is "not only ineffective but also harmful for the health of children".
Being hit "interferes with brain development, emotional development, psychological relationship with parent/parent figures ... and being hit in the HEAD has many more detrimental effects ... eventually blows to the head will kill you, especially young children."

So true, it can and will cause brain damage. Along with a host of other problems. There are other ways of disciplining them.

Just look at boxers. Brain injuries are far more dangerous than a lot of people think, I think. *HUGS*

\"As a parent/parent figure your job is to protect the children in your care, and one of my most defining struggles is that I never thought they were in danger with their father. I never knew I had to protect my babies from that person.\" this is a quote from the internet, but it also applies totally to steven.

actually steven and others. all the kids out there count. we also had trouble with one of the nannies going after one of steven\'s kids. even if you figure this out within months (it took years not months though), look at all the damage from all that time. a better way is cameras all over the house, weird to have to live like that. and then watch the surveillance film.
