Former Fresno State Bulldogs' Madden NFL 20 ratings revealed

The college football and NFL seasons are around the corner and soon ten former Fresno State Bulldogs will be featured in the virtual world of Madden NFL 20. The player ratings for the upcoming video game were recently released and ten former 'Dogs are featured in the game's initial 20 madden coins

Leading the way are Green Bay Packers wide receiver Davante Adams, Oakland Raiders quarterback Derek Carr and Atlanta Falcons defensive tackle Tyeler Davison. Adams ranks as one of the best former Bulldogs featured in a Madden video game with a 92 overall rating. Adams' rating comes off his most successful season yet in 2018.

Other former Bulldogs on the game's initial roster include Oakland Raiders safety Curtis Riley, Detroit Lions safety Charles Washington and offensive lineman Kenny Wiggins, Buffalo Bills wide receiver Da'Mari Scott, Minnesota Vikings safety Derron Smith and Dallas Cowboy offensive lineman Cody Wichmann. With a 92 overall rating wide receiver, Davante Adams is one of the highest-rated former Fresno State Bulldogs featured in the Madden video game franchise. Adams is not only the highest-rated Bulldog, but he is also a Top 10 overall wide receiver in Madden NFL 20. Adams' 92 rating puts his as the ninth-best wide receiver in the game ahead of names like A.J. Green, Amari Cooper and Keenan Allen. Adams comes off his best season to date with 111 catches for 1,386 yards and 13 touchdowns.

Adams played two seasons at Fresno State before leaving for the NFL Draft. His 233 catches, 3,031 yards and 38 touchdowns in two seasons are more than most Bulldogs before and after him accomplished in three or four years.
