forgot to tell the one rude thing that happened at church.
ok there were some good things that happened at the church but there was one thing that happened and after i thought about it. it was kinda rude towards me. what do you guys think?
this one girl asked me how things were between me and my parents?
i said i go there like every weekend to visit.
then she laughed and said i guess not. my husband thinks it was rude.
i would have explained myself more but she didn't give me enough time cuz she walked off.
im so embarrassed cuz she didn't know the whole reason and i can see how what i said sounds weird.

It sounds like what happened was a bit rude but I wouldn\'t let her stop you from going. You have good reasoning for things I\'m sure. Sometimes things don\'t always work out perfectly and that was just one small event. I\'d keep going if you felt it worth while :)
every weekend is more than enough to see parents. geez. maybe she didn\'t hear you. or maybe she doesn\'t realize you are married or an adult. how weird. its not you, its her. besides, don\'t go to church for the people. go to gain insight and to be entertained by the minister, if he is entertaining. i generally only go to church if the minister makes me laugh a lot and the hymns are good. otherwise i watch it on tv. joyce meyer is a riot.

Sometimes we misinterpret what people are saying. Or maybe she is just immature? I am delighted you went, and I think you need to worry about what God thinks not other people. Kudos to you!!
