Forgetting is so hard.

I spend a lot of time trying to forget things in life.
I spent years in therapy, years on medication...and every so often it creeps up and into my thoughts and I could very easily go crazy.
My old life never followed my new life.... my best friend here (a guy) who I've been best friends with since 12 years old knows, I tried once to tell Jase (boyfriend). I dont think he understood...Because I was SO vague it could have meant ANYTHING.
I can feel it coming back, so maybe it's good I am going to visit mum and dad, I can be ferral there? This holiday I can forget and relax. Or it could get to me?
I'm not sure anymore. Hopefully its just a nightly phase, its so unpredictable.

Sweetie, firstly can i say im so sorry this happened to you and it wasnt your fault. As a survivor myself i understand how this affects you in so many different ways and it does creep up on you when you dont notice. You have done amazing work to get to this point, the counselling will help and im so glad your parents are supportive of you and are there for you, let it out and maybe make an appt to see your counsellor... its hard to tell people but im so glad you showed enough courage to share sweetie...you are an remarkable young lady and a great friend, i promise this will not define you. Big hugs and all my love and im here for you xoxoxo

Thankyou gorgeous one!

I\'m feeling much better today - dispite the endo pain =(

I spent years getting to this point too and yes at times it can creep up.

Thankyou also for sharing =) I appreciate it so much. I do believe if it becomes an issue I will confide in my psychologist...I havn\'t told her because for awhile now.. well before I moved here anyway it wasnt an issue for me.

Maybe it\'s time to open up, just to have that safety net there.

Thanks hun,
I hope you\'re well.
*biiiig hugs* !!
