Forced myself
to get outside some today. Had to use the power chair though, since I am still terribly short of breath. When I write "forced myself" it's because it's my staying in all day doing nothing has become a terrible, insidious habit. Okay, so it looks like I'm breaking two habits now, the other being cigarette smoking. Been about two months now for me for the cigarettes (Yay!). Anyway, once I was outside it felt so great being in the fresh air.
Makes me wonder if somehow I wasn't adding to my depression by not doing anything about it.
