For South Carolina - Track Records

Under a unique federal pilot project, fee-for-service Medicare patients in SC now have free access to their personal electronic medical records. This started in April.  This project aims to help understand, manage and share their health information with providers, family members and caregivers.  Register at http://www.myphrsc.com/ It takes 48 hours before you can see your medical records.
