For Real This Time
Well, it's been over a year since I started this goal, I ended up getting down to about 132 lbs. That was great, but I would love if I could stay at a healthy 130. I know that I am not overweight, I would just like to feel healthier and comfortable showing by body off. I am trying to work down to the 130 again, but this time I feel like I am going to focus more on being healthy than just watching the numbers go down on the scale, Hell I may only weigh myself once a month. I plan to practice yoga 5 times a week for 30 minutes, eat more fruits and vegetables, less fast food and processed sugar. wish me luck! :)

I do wish you luck and while your doing the yoga and eating right remember that mucle weighs more then fat so don\'t get to stuck on what the scales are saying. Look at what your clothes are telling you, especialy the waist band of your pants.
A firm tummy will take up less space but could look like more on the scales because it is muscle. I don\'t know if you do Kagel exercises and if not I highly recommend you start. We have 3 basic layers of muscle across our abdomen and most exercise routines only firm up the outer most layer. Your Kagels help with the inner most and for women this is really important, more so if you have ever had a baby.
