For anyone reading . . .

When I write in here, I do try to keep names of people private. I'm not trying to be rude or disrespectful when I say - my husband, the 10 year old, my mom, my adopted dad, my brother, etc. I don't plan to ever use any of their real names, if I can help it.
Some additional information: I'm 33, divorced/remarried, no kids of my own. My husband has four children. All of them are grown except one. The youngest (the 10 year old) stays with us on a revolving schedule with her mom.
I have a brother, a half sister, a half brother, and an adopted sister. My brother lives nearby & we talk on a regular basis. I have contact with my half sister and adopted sister on Facebook, but we don't talk to each other. I have no idea where my half brother is.
My parents divorced when I was 18. Later, they both remarried. My stepdad has two daughters, both with families. I see my stepdad once in a while in town, but I don't keep in touch with him or his family. My stepmom has two sons, both with families as well. I kept in touch with my dad & stepmom until my dad passed away. I wanted to keep in touch with my stepmom, but she turned into such a bitch when dad died that now I don't want anything to do with her.
I have suffered from depression since grade school. It comes and goes. I've tried different meds, with little to no help. My sex drive is about gone, and every doctor I talk to says that there isn't anything that can be done to help. I tend to get stressed out a lot. I don't manage it well. I also have anger issues, and from time to time, a poor attitude. I was 17 when I severely injured my lower back. It has never been the same since. When I was 20, I was in a car accident that did damage to my neck. Then when I was 21 I had to have surgery on both of my knees. I must say, for the most part, my knees are holding up pretty good. My back hurts every single day and it sucks! Some days are better than others, though. Plus, I can still walk. So it could be worse. Due to the neck injury in the car wreck when I was 20, I suffer from regular severe headaches. The good thing about it is, sometimes going to the chiropractor helps. The downside is, the cost.
Okay, so there is a little background information on me & my life.
