food causes ms? come on

I talked with someone the other day on facebook I think and he was trying to tell me that a poor diet causes ms.  You have got to be kidding me.  I have been a chef for twenty years.  Nutrition is my life.  He claims to have seen improvement because of a good diet.  First of all, MS just comes and goes for no reason at all, and secondly, I am sure that a good diet is what this guy needed anyway.  MS just happens, plain and simple.
