FM & Depression/Sorrow??

OK, not a whiner...usually have the attitude "suck it up" and keep going. THIS MORNING something new; OVERWHELMING SORROW. The feeling you experience when someone dies, yet you know it can't be changed, over-whelming deep sorrow. Can't cry but feel like going to a corner & losing it. On meds for depression which "supposedly" help with pain signals in brain. I know dr would want to change, increase or add more meds none of these do I want. Meds haven't changed in 1 yr so it's not that. Is this a NEW fun adventure with FM???
