Flips And Flops

What a way to live at times!!! But with the help of this site it does help with my heart acting all crazy at times. I know that I will have times when I feel like this. And then there are the quite times which I love. Seems like I have stress that I don't even know I am having!! If that makes any sense!! And they start up. Or I can go for weeks even months and not have them. But let me think about it, and bam the little buggers say "we back".  There for a long time I thought I had a handle on them. Boy was I wrong. But you know something I will not let them take me down. Just have to keep on going and put them back on the shelf where they belong. I am tried of playing with them!!! So gotta get in that mind frame do just that!!! Wish me luck and say a little prayer too!! :)
