Fist post

Hiiii.
urm... I don't really know what to say.
Yes I am quite shy .
Basically I had this web site 2 years ago when I was in the middle of a really bad rough patch.
I had gotten so bad I shut everyone out, I hit rock bottom and I deleted everything.
In the end things started to brighten up. I was happy.
Last year my horrible feelings started to come back. 
I have depression again ,
No one understands how I feel. I'm scared . I feel lonely and worthless.
I want to talk to new people and help others , making people smile is the only thing that keeps me going.
