First Shift
My first shift on the job was marvelous... The woman I am working with is almost medium care level... Not too much to manage other than her walking, using the restroom, changing clothing, and cooking food...
She is delightful and talked quite a bit, actually we stayed up until midnight last night... OOPPSSS! But the time passed so quickly, the hours seemed like minutes...
It was a little odd sleeping in someone else's home and leaving my cats on their own for two days... When I returned, it wasn't as bad as I thought it would be... Just a little minor damage... LOL!
I am grateful I am working again, even if it is at a private residence... It is getting me out of my comfort zone and helping me to interact and converse with another person...
It is a good thing in so many ways...

I tell you, this got me out of my house for two days... Although I was in someone else\'s house... I didn\'t sleep my life away for two days... I had someone to talk with and learn about them... Other than my Red Cross volunteer work, I have been doing so very little and my isolation has been extreme... This gave me something to look forward to...
I think it\'s wonderful and I don\'t doubt this woman has something to \"teach\" you. With age often comes great wisdom. And yes, isolating is not a very happy thing, this is good for you.

your cats will be ok by themselves, as long as their litter box is clean enough, and they have water and lots of dry food.
It was funny when I came home and checked the damage from the cats... It wasn\'t as bad as I thought at all... I was rather proud of them... LOL!
