First OB appointment
Hello ladies!
Hope everyone is doing great and are doing well during thier journies. This is a pregnancy related post so please feel free to skip, I know I skipped many when I wasn't in a good place so I thought a warning would be good.
So at 10w4d yesterday, I was able to see the OB for the first time. It was so weird because I'm so used to my RE's office where they were super attentive and FAST. Here, they are still attentive but very slow, I must have waited like 45 minutes to even see the OB. Anyway, we talked a bunch first about questions I may have about excercise, food, travel, etc... then I got to see little baby Johnson dancing. No..literally, he was dancing away, you should have seen it. Marcus and I just started laughing, he has been pissing me off the whole way to the appt so I was so annoyed but when we saw the baby, we just couldn't help ourselves but laugh.
I still can't believe that this is true. I guess I have been so worried that something might go wrong that I just haven't fully let myself go to be excited. I feel like yesterday was the day I did that and it felt great. I gained two pounds and you can definitely tell that my hips and ass are getting bigger (which I don't mind..lol) so many people say it may be a girl, who knows....I will have to tell my boss soon because I do feel like it's a bit noticeable. He hasn't been the most understanding person so I'm kind of dreading telling him but oh well. I've worked to hard to get to this point and that is way more important than work.
There has been some sad news on here that breaks my heart and I really hope that those ladies get the strength to keep going. There has also been such amazing news as well and I'm so happy that BFP's are rolling in.
I don'k know what I would have done without you ladies!

What an awesome update!!! I am glad you are starting to enjoy it more now that you are officially graduated to your OB!

Congrats on your first OB appointment!! I really hope I can have a great report after my first appt today. I\'m getting so nervous. So cool to see the baby move, isn\'t it? I\'m also wondering if it will ever sink in!
Great update, so fun to see the baby moving so much!!! And yeah get used to your OB appts. running late, we don\'t get the same treatment we had at the RE\'s office. But, it\'s all worth it! Yay! :)
