first night alone

I think i am ready to spend my first night alone.  I found a support group in the town next to mine about 45  miles away.  The first time i can go is wed.  I am hoping this will help me cope with some problems.  I know that 4 weeks isn't long enough to get control but maybe i will get some guides.
