First Month follow

I had to move my appointment up a week due to the fact I would run out of meds before such time , they did the usual blood work , didn't not see the therapist but I was told if I did there was two available I opt out , the doctor increased my estradiol dosage to 4mg a day one in the morning and one at night. It was kind of weird in away because I did the same thing when I self-medicated, but she left my finasteride the same I would have thought she would have increased the dosage as well but will see as time progresses. Other than that I set up for a consultation with a plastic surgeon to discuss my options with breasts implants and he does laser hair removal, so i am going to see what will happen during the consultation, i hope there wont be any charge for the consult. I am just going to get his or her opinion on what is recamendtions are and what the details are. 

So far i havent heard anything from my ex to be since August 28 , I also sent one Sunday telling her that i never recieved the papers from her about the student loans. I feel that she is back to playing her games. I am going to give her a little more time to see if I get the papers or if she texts me. But in the mean time I have im concerned about the surgery on my eyes its costing me 100 for 3 rx for different eye drops to me i think its a waste but what do I know. i have a funny feeling its going to set me back a bit i just hope not to much that I cant recoupe.

I still need winter clothes or i could go back to the male clothes just to keep warm until things pick up again at work. i thnk im set for the fall season. I still need a couple of things so i dont have to wear them to much like bras and another wig.

If I dont hear from her im just going to go ahead and file for the divorce with out her signature. I am in the process of working on my credit score and still waiting for the lawyer for my background, and then it will be the start of the holidays , i dont know where ill be but my guess would be by myself .
