First ER visit
I went to the ER this morning, because my stomach bug didn't leave. I have a bacterial infection. This was the first time I've visited this hospital since my husband died. This was his hospital, he worked at for 17 years, and it was the first time I've gone to the ER without him. It really sucks. They had him as my emergency contact and I had to change it to my mom. I'm glad it was the weekend and nobody knew him that was there.
I drove myself, and nobody knew except at work. My grandaughter called for me and found out, she got upset and called my daughter. I didn't want to call people at 6am. I was supposed to go to a birthday costume party tonight, I'll miss. If I didn't work with food, I'd be able to work. I hope I didn't get this from the waterpark, last week. They said it could have come from anything.

Sorry. Taking care of ourselves without our husbands really sucks. Hope you are better soon.
Hugs, Dianne
So sorry you have a \"bad bug.\": I hope you feel better right away and don\'t have any recurring problems.
Take care - Doye
Just another thing to over come when will the firsts end. My daughter is having surgery on Monday at the same hospital that her father died in just 4 months ago. I am glad that all you have is a bacterial infection. Those can be cured with antibiotics. Diane
I hope this passes quickly. Take it easy and rest. It is so hard for us to do that though. I had to take someone to the same hospital where he died on the first anniversary of his death and it almost did me in. Mary Anne
Hope you feel better soon. I know how hard it is to be without our husbands when we\'re sick. Take care, Sandra
Hope you start feeling better soon. It must have been so hard to go there for the first time. Glad to hear the kids are there for you. It is a sad reality when you have to make that change to your next of kin contact, surreal. Hug, Donna
MY THOUGHTS AND PRAYERS ARE WITH YOU. JUST REMEMBER WE CAN GET THOUGHT ANYTHING IF WE GIVE IT TO GOD TO TAKE CARE OF IT FOR US. ONE DAY AT A TIME. HUGS AND GOD BLESS
