First day here

First day here. I'm glad I found a support group for Phenylketonuria. It's always nice to see support for my condition, considering how rare it is. Besides, with the trouble I've been having with my formula and such lately, hopefully chatting with the people there will help.
I've already met some really nice people in the Depression support group, and I like the environment so far.
I'm disappointed that there aren't any attachment disorder support groups, and the one I did find is rather inactive. Well, I did see someone had posted a week ago...Maybe it's at least slightly active, so perhaps it'll still be an allright group. We'll see. I haven't posted there yet, but I probably will once I finish writing this.
Most of these updates will probably just be me writing about my day and my feelings throughout the day...personal stuff...but feel free to read and comment, if you like (if you can comment on journals. I don't know yet).
So, here we go. I slept really well last night, which is surprising considering I was reading creepy stories before going to bed. (I did sleep with my light on though. Too creeped out to turn it off). My girlfriend was already online when I got on. Not surprising considering not only is she usually up earlier than me, but she's been having trouble sleeping lately due to recovering from a recent oral surgery. She's getting a bit more sleep than she was initially though, so that's good. I talked to her for a while, relaxed, same as always. Then around 2, I made myself get up and make my formula, after some mental battle with myself between being rather unmotivated to do it and knowing I needed to. It wasn't as hard a battle today as it usually is though. I actually got up and did it. Maybe today is just a good day. I also took my pills, so that made me feel good too. Then while I was in this productive mood, I actually looked up the Wellness labs I still need to do. Thankfully there's no exercise logs needed this time. It's just answering questions, so it's easy, which is a relief. I screwed myself over on the last set of labs.
However, I am feeling a little anxious today, because yesterday I noticed that the new happi I bought at the cherry blossom festival Saturday has rips in the inside fabric, which I'm sure weren't there when we got it. The fabric seems to be ripping too easily, as it doesn't make sense for it to have ripped just from wearing it for one day, especially when I was sitting down most of the time. My best friend, who is obsessed with Japan and Japanese culture...and clothing...is going to kill me if she knows it was damaged after only a day, especially since we were going to share it. I could take it somewhere and get it fixed, but seeing as this fabric continues into the inside of the sleeves, I worry it may have to be completely taken apart and put together again in order to be fixed. Just...ugh...Not a good situation, and it stresses me out.
Besides that bit of anxiety though, it was a good day.
