First day and. . .
I started physical therapy today. My therapist is really nice. I just hope I won't ache too much in the morning. Luckily it is all part of social security, but I don't know how I put up with the BS. I had to get up at 7 to wait for the ambulance between 8 and 9, arrived late to the appointment (1 hour reduced to 45 min) then more waiting to get deposited home at almost 12. Then a miniscule rest and off to work. This will be my life for the next month. Ugh.But, well, hope it'll help!So far so good with the ginseng. I only take 1/2 of a vial a day so far (knock on wood). You are meant to be 6 weeks on, 3 weeks off. I am not doing that. On days I don't work I try not to take it. That works about 50% of the time. Since I am taking only a fraction of the 'usual dose' I hope I will stay out of trouble. I just am trying to imagine little wise Asians taking it daily and it not hurting them any!

Those wise Asians know more than Western Medicine. I gave up my physical therapy exercises for the third time and went back to the acupuncture clinic for treatment for pain( needles, cupping). I also believe in ginseng, white tea, and turmeric as an anti-inflammatory. Good luck.
