First Court Appearance
Timeline set - 60 days to come to an agreement before we see a judge. My lawyer doesn't think it will go that far - she believes we'll settle at mediation. So within 60 days it should be final. I just hope he gets a job before then.

It\'s OK if you don\'t settle right away. My stbx and I have sent many offers back and forth. We are close because trial is on the horizon. We might be able to have it in writing next week. I could be divorced next week since I have a court date. Hugs my friend. I hope it goes well for you.

i was lucky my ex was scared shit that i was going to hand over the kids to him ( which by the way would never happen) he agreed to pay the child support that i wanted just so he would not ever have to take them. But it does take time sometimes longer than others. Hang in there it will happen.
