First AA meeting

Had my first AA meeting yesterday, I was amazed and comforted by the fact that I am NOT alone and that there are people that want to listen to me and will help If/ when I ask. I got very emotional (surprising to me) as I was telling my story...every person in the room was involved and paying attention to what I was saying. I was INSPIRED at the very least, knowing that I was doing the right thing for my health and family.
