fires
Alot of people have been negatively affected by the smoke from the Canadian wildfires. I was just reading, "
I was just reading, "On Tuesday, the Canadian Interagency Forest Fire Centre reported 485 active fires burning across the country, of which 257 were out of control."
Let's pray that they get the help they need to put all the fires out.

The smoke will be rough for everyone as it continues to move farther out and spread wider across the country.
I hope that Canada is able to get the help and some gentle rain to put out the fires without them flaring back up again.
Here's to being able to breathe.
Thank you my friends. We need all the help we can get. Prime Minister has the Canadian Armed forces battling the blazes too. We need a good drenching right across the country and down the west coast to Texas area. That is the problem with a mild winter.
Mid, I wish I could send them all the rain we have received. Nearly every day during the month of june, it has rained. It's just a miracle that my driveway got done. I kinda feel bad for the contractor that did it. It has put him way behind on his commercial jobs.
Mary, all I could think about was that show, "Northwest Pilots" I bet they are running their water bombers 24/7. I saw how they do it in one episode but they only had one fire to deal with. It didn't take them no time. They need more of those planes.
Weather is the one variable we are unable to contain, control, or otherwise force to be ..., and it creates backlog so fast. I agree that the contractor is having wiggle his backlog into a working schedule.
Those pilots have mandatory down time between series of runs, and 'fatigue stress' is something they have to be extra diligent for. It's one of those scary scenarios that is more common than anyone realizes that is not directly associated with this type of fire containment method.
I hope the fires die down naturally fast.
I wondered what was happening with the fires up there. You're not getting any of it?
I didn't hear about any of it on the news the last couple weeks after it hit NYC.
Will add them to my prayers
Here is the fire map if anyone wants to look at it.

We are under a yellow alert today, from the Canadian fires, which means we have to stay inside. It's 91 degrees outside and I had to cancel the weedwhacking I planned on doing around my sheds, which is getting pretty high. I have both my ac's running on high and my two air cleaners are running on high...It will be ok.
Bob, the American Midwest has wild fires going full force. Praying for a good long drenching of rain. I never thought I would say, please rain. It is hot I have two air cleaners and the fans going. AC is on very low. I have fans sitting on one and that circulates the cold air around. Hugs and stay cool
@ Atpeacemary....We have been under a yellow alert for the past couple of days. They recommended us older people stay inside so I did as much as I could. Upper quebec province has alot of fires burning out of control. They need more airtankers.
