Finger pain, almost unable to type this.

So, this will be short, due to my finger pain. My finger joints all of a sudden started having spasms, and I didn't do anything to cause it. The pain is equivalent to them being dislocated, though they aren't. Does anyone know why this is happening? (by the way, I'm really new here, this is my first journal entry, I don't know if people can reply to this, or if I need to go somewhere else other than journal entries to get replies, I don't know, so, sorry.)
