fing kidney
My stupid kidney is at it again. When it was time to leave work today I had to just stay there, it hurt too bad to drive home. Thank God for tramadol. Tonight I made Carrot-banana-ginger muffins with real ginger, oat bran and yogurt. Very tasty! I'm having a very hard time trying to explain to my hubby why I'm making all of these muffins. I have six dozen of assorted flavors in the freezer. I don't have a clue why. I guess everyone needs a hobby, right?

You are a baker!!! And, you didn\'t even know it...hope that stinking kidney stops misbeahving! Love and hugs...Karen
I understand the baking. I do it too. I find it mindless and when I\'m done I\'m tired so that at least I have a fighting chance of sleeping. Hope you are feeling better. Sandi
A true sister. Thank you Sandi. Whenever I am stressed I do tend to bake. Hmm. My mom is a career baker. Hmmm.
I am not a baker but I find cooking therapeutic. This year I\'ve begun to garden. I agree with Sandi. The mindless activity is great, tires me out & is relaxing in some way. Bake away my friend; whatever works. I do hope you feel better.You\'ve been through a lot. Hugs, Linda
Hope you are feeling better my friend and baking is so creative! Yum... sounds as if you have cornered the market. (Step aside Marthat Stewart) lol! Take care and bake away. Hugs, Joanie
I am sorry about the kidney. LOL about the muffins. Six dozen is a lot of them! Love, Belinda
Hope you feel better soon and it stays gone. Hugs, Inga
Sorry to hear your kidney is acting up once again. I do wish you didn\'t have to deal with that.
Baking is a good outlet. It gives you something to do and you are learning healthy alternatives for the sugar-filled muffins we are used to. I still say a cookbook is in the making!
Take care of yourself, Adrianne
Hope today finds you feeling better, and the 6 dozen muffins, well at least theres food in the house for when you don\'t feel like cooking. Love and hugs, Lynette
Hope you are feeling better today!! Hugs, Kim
Seriously ~ sounds like you could start a muffin business. The image of six dozen in your freezer makes me laugh! Looking forward to hearing that stupid old kidney is all fixed up and behaving!
Sending love and hugs ~ Debbie
I\'ll take some some muffins, since Morgan was going to be a baker, I can\'t do any baking yet, would love to have some of your homemade muffins, I\'m sure they are tasty, Nora
I am all there for muffins!!! OR if you really go over board....take them to a the salvation army or some other place - like a 1/2 way house - I am sure those folks would love to have some fresh baked anything! Mary
