Public is a retail store and wine bar in Fitzroy North where we offer directly to the public our wines and lots of wines from other importers and Australian producers. The food menu offers snacks to steaks & pastas, along with shared cheese and charcuterie boards. The rotating daily specials are very popular with offerings like Korean beef brisket tacos, spicy prawn roll, duck ragout pappardelle, chilli crab spaghetti etc (nothing over $20 a dish).
