FINDING ANSWERS

may have confused some of you so want to clear this up. Sorry
before I had all the test ran last Thursday.  The only thing that was seemingly to be causing the feet pain is the Bluging Disk at L3-4. After having the test raN and the things the test showed now really don't know which could be hurting the feet...I am still looking at the DISK being the problem, but now cannot rule out the other issues that I did not know I had and each of those can cause the pain.
So now I have to look at the different possibilites of what is causing the feet pain.  At the time I wrote about the PT felt it was coming from my back and I did too I had no had the other test ran or Results...now I have to get other issues under control to see if any or all are causing the problem..
Here is the problems now that the test have showed
1.  MRI showed Bulging Disk at L3-4
2   Blood Test results:
Vit D very very very Low.  Can cause pain
THYROID Levels very High...Can cause Pain
DIABETIES. CAN CAUSE FEET PAIN AND BODY PAIN
So Results any of the 4 things listed can cause the pain in my FEET.
I am hoping it's the VIT D.  It seems to be the easiest Fixer.
So hope everyone understand I was not trying to mislead anyone.  At the I wrote the Disk was the problem , there other test had not been ran.  So I am going to take everyone suggestion and try them.
Abby, thanks for the Cream suggesting..gonna talk to Dr about...
Ann, thanks to for what your mom used.  I am assuming that is a Compound Mixture, will talk to Dr.
To all that made suggestions about the VIT D  Think I will up the dosage.

Sandi be careful about uping the dosage on the Vit D without the doctor telling you how much you need to take. Vit D is one of those vitamins that you can get overdosed on and the body can\'t discard it. According to the WebMD \"Too much vitamin D can cause an abnormally high blood calcium level, which could result in nausea, constipation, confusion, abnormal heart rhythm, and even kidney stones.\"

But too low can cause a whole bunch of other problems including pain, so it\'s important to be regulated on it just like you are regulated on the Blood Glucose with Diabetes.

Foot pain from Diabetes usually will not occur until you have had diabetes for a long time that tends to run high. Like A1C over 7 regularly. I\'m talking at least 10 years.

I love you back Sandi! I hope the cause is an easy one to remedy.
We are here for each other. I hope the doctor has prescribed Vitamin D and monitors your levels.

I was put on 5,000 iu Vit D 3 daily. Sadly, I can\'t tell when I\'m low or normal. Maybe I\'m just not normal ha ha. Do the least invasive first for sure and go from there. Best of luck. Much love. Robin
