FIND A Cure

I've had HS since I was a teenager I wasn't officially diagnosed until my early twenties.  I tried multiple forms of treatment nothing seems to make it go away the older I get the worse it is. I really get tired of being in pain and having a oozing open wound. My doctor wants to try steroid injection right when the areas first become inflamed. My worst area if my left breast I'm in horrible pain for about 3-4 days until it finally erupts. Does anyone know of any treatment that helped keep the eruptions suppressed for a long period of time?
