Finally some help

The other day i got in touch with the COBB of Matt's boat. the chief of chief's so to speak. i gave him all the info i had and case numbers i had started and he assured me that he would MAKE matt own up to his responsibilities and keep his appointments and that he would be involved from here on. we might even be able to get this sped up faster, and it seems now, matt is afraid of this man, and he has gotten matt to agree to 600 or so a month. we are all suposed to talk about it next week sometime. i just have to find out what documents for him to sign to make it legal and binding so matt cant back out later. the COBB even says he will march matts rear to the bank and make him set up an allotment once all the paternity is done to make sure this baby is taken care of.along with the back support. finally. someone who makes sense, that i can touch basis with, who calls back with valid information to get this going. especiall if i get it all at once... i have a car to fix... back rent to pay to my step parents... can put some in savings and start saving up to get out on my own.  getting out on my own, that is a whole nother thing. my step mom keeps making plans or says my step dad is making plans to add a room on or extend this one, and have me and my sister still share, but just to make things more comfortable. How long should i plan to stay here? logic says dont rush things, but in my mind i want out on my own, asap. i want to be self sufficient. and how long is long. a year? two? 6 months??? then what???  Austin wants us to live together. and i would like that too. but there is another part of me that doesnt want that, only because of past stuff, like what if it happens again. and its stupid to keep thinking that. but i cant help it. why cant i just be happy? its tiring having a guard up all the time, im sick of it. but i dont know how to let go anymore. i know things will figure themselves out somehow, eventually. i just really dont like being 26 and still living with step parents. pretty much relying on them. my food stamps run out. so next month i have to get food incorporated into things... ugh.  im just stressing again. really for not much reasons. been stuck in the house a bunch... that probably doesnt help matters. and the surgery blues. been so nice outside. my dog just got spayed to, so she is stuck in the house with me. i usually take her out to the field at least twice a day to play ball and run around with her. we both got pent up energy, and all my mind can do is fret over stuff to expend it. baby is doing good though. we have stupid little games we play. she smiles and giggles at me acting like a dork. lol.

YAAAAAAAAAAAAAY
Matt is going to have to stop acting like a spoiled child and take on the responsibilities he has helped to create. It is a good thing his COBB is involved. Matt has shown no sign of his acting right on his own. When does the paternity test get done???

Glad you are doing well...and enjoying motherhood.
Love ya, Dianne

Good for you ...doin what you need to do for you and baby.. as for staying at your parents,, be there as long as you need to.. You will know when it is time to move on. When you are ready.. Don\'t go just because you feel strange living at your parents...
Take your time with all your decisions as you are making them for 2. Time has a way of naturally letting everything fall into place at the right time.
Don\'t ruin chances of happiness with someone because of what someone else did...by giving someone else a chance you no longer remain the victim of the one who hurt you.
Have faith :)

Kimbers took the words out of my mouth - so I\'ll say, \"what she said\". I\'m glad you and your baby daughter are having so much fun together too. They grow up so fast...

Love you,

I\'m with Deb and Kimbers...take it all one step at a time and stop fretting and building scenarios in your mind that may never happen. You will know when to move on, and if that should include someone else, you will know that too. I am glad you are getting some practical support from the COBB, trust all goes well with the testing/paperwork etc. Hold tight, you\'ll be ok....love, light and peace.
