Finally Home
OK,so we got the trailer set up,now getting the lights on is a different story.We found ot that haveto pay 30 dollars for permit and then have an inspector come out and look at wiring,this guy only comes o our county 2 times a week and if we do not get it inspectd and pass then that means hotel which I can not afford,as it is right now we have been in a hotel for 3 days,that cost 198,I mean plain and simply just don't have any more money to blow on hotel and eating out.
Now atleast the lot rent is paid and we have water,we are going over to do clean and put thing's up as best we can. This trailer is a mess,guess I should have checked it out more than I did,was just excited to get someting that can be ours. you get what you pay for an for 5500 can't expect to much.I have found mildew in the closets,the insulation is coming out of the ceiling above the fireplace that Ronnie was suppose to take out and decided to leave even though the thing is useless.The kitchen is a total gut,the cabinets are bad and come down to far,so the frig won't fit till I get new cabinets,and countertops. Not to mention it needs new flooring and carpet. We got some paint samples today and put some up on walls,going to be nice.
We still have to get furniture,need dressers,rails for my bed and nene's bed,need sofa,chairs,end tables,and table to eat at. Theres not much that we don't need,but I know we can do this a little at a time.Just have to have faith that we will be able to do all this,and make this place a home.Allthis is just making me miss Pat more,he would know how to fix everything,I don't,gonna have fun trying !

You bring back memories of when we moved our trailer, they moved it the day before Thanksgiving 1992. Of course the power company couldn\'t/wouldn\'t turn the lights on until Monday, which meant we had to spend another weekend at my father-in-laws, he was a good man just got on me and Cindy\'s nerves a lot. Cindy was the garage sale queen and often picked up a lot of the items you mentioned very reasonable, not only would she find these \"bargains\" at garage sales she would often go to auctions. It\'s amazing the amount of furniture that can be acquired quickly with a little amount of money if you search in the right places. Goodwill and Habitat for Humanity have resale stores full of bargains as she often frequented those also.
It sounds like you have a lot of work ahead of you, just keep in mind it\'s yours and you can make it what you want. I wish you all the best.

I am glad your trailer is set up, the road blocks that are thrown your way, are just that, road blocks.
Rebuke them in Jesus name and drive on with Him at the wheel.
It is just more reasons to picture Him driving you and your family along this road in Christ.
No one said it would be easy but know at the end of it, it will be easy.

I know you Rebuked them and since you told me all the things that are wrong with your trailer and also if this man is a Christian, he should feel the Holy Spirit and not expect money but give you a chance.
I am so sure he is not being honest with you and even if he is related to your daughter\'s friend, it is just another reason for you to move back to family.
The enemy will try to hinder your faith and put others in sheep clothing in your path, so now you know that this man is not one to trust.
I wish you lived near me, if I had a 4 bedroom home, I could share my home with you, so your children would have their rooms.
I do not but maybe you could find a lady who does and share a home by renting a 3 rooms from a lady who lives alone.
