Finally Got My Question Answered.
Finally got to see the doctor yesterday. He was able to answer my question. No. I do not have Asperger's Syndrome. But, he did say I can have it if I want to have it, which was strange... He said I am just trying to find out a way to be special. Being an Empath himself, he taught me some tricks I could learn. If I practise using my empathy, I can be 'special'. He told me everyone is special in his and her own ways. When God looks down at all his children, you stand out because you are special. Everyone has their own unique gifts and talents. I just have a harder time accepting that I'm special. Everyone in my family is an artist or just really good at art and I have no talent whatsoever. Everyone in my family is able to write books and stories and it's harder for me to even get past the first few chapters. I'm an identical twin but my twin doesn't like being a twin. We don't share a powerful bond. I can't feel pain when she gets hurt. I'm not a prodigy. I haven't broken any world records. But, I just finished my afgahn I've been working on for over 2 years. I have two cousins who love me so much I don't even have to speak for them to have fun. One of them hugs me SO MUCH. (Don't worry. I like it.) I have an above average IQ. I choose to be kind to everyone, even those who hurt me. I don't like to judge others.
One of my cousins is believed to have Asperger's Syndrome and now that I've researched so much about it, I was able to see that Minecraft is his special interest and so we talked about it and he was really, REALLY happy. I believe that to be a miracle, no matter how small.
The doctor told me I am really, really shy. That is true. He told me "Don't change that. Boys like that." The doctor is also a chiropractor and he was able to work on my back and ribs. Now, I can lie on my stomach without my back hurting when I get up. Now, I won't have random moments when it's hard to breathe. We're going to try to keep seeing him to help with my Trichotillomania. He said I pull out my hair because I don't like something about myself and I'm trying to pull that something out of me. We have to figure out what that something is so we can address it.
One funny thing we learned is that apparently, I am allergic to Gordon Ramsey because of how much he swears. I don't even watch him. Me being allergic to him manifested itself in cheese so I thought I was allergic to cheese but it was really because I was allergic to Gordon Ramsey. It's weird. I know. How we learned it was he told me I thought I was allergic to something when I wasn't and he asked me what that is. I said milk and he changed it to cheese. He told me to tell him the first person who popped into my head when I say cheese and it was Gordon Ramsey so he made me explain him. I said "He's a cook. He swears a lot." That was when he stopped me and said "Did you see how you jumped when you said that? You don't like it when he swears, do you?" So, really, I'm allergic to swearing and that makes complete and total sense to me because swearing affects me so much. I'm really glad. I love cheese but I though I was lactose intolerence but I am not. The day before, I had had a stomach ache from using milk I wasn't used to but that's because we usually get A2 milk and my grandma doesn't have that.
I know this might not have made sense but I just wanted to write it down.

Is the person you saw a medical doctor?
He is not a medical doctor but more of a spirit doctor. He works with your spirit to find out the best way to help you. His empathy is so powerful he actually has the gift of communicating with your spirit but only if you give him permission.
Why do you want to know?
This so-called doctor worries me, frankly... the things he said to you are not appropriate for a doctor to say to a patient... frankly that comment about you being shy and how "boys like that" creeps me out - that isn't appropriate for anyone to say to you, especially not someone who is any sort of position of authority. And if he's not an actual medical doctor - one who has graduated from an actual accredited medical program from a proper university - then A) He cannot diagnose you with anything or dismiss a possible diagnosis either. He has no medical knowledge to actually make such a determination... and B) He shouldn't be touching you in any way cause again, not a real medical doctor so if he's manipulating your body in any way he could actually be doing more harm to you than good in the long run (not to mention, considering that "boys like that" comment, I can't help but worry about the possibility this guy is touching you inappropriately)... and C) You can't have an "allergy" to someone you've never come in contact with or swearing, that is ridiculous. This guy is a quack and is making stuff up to make you think he knows what he's talking about... D) How do you know you aren't lactose intolerant? Because he told you so? There is an actual test that real medical doctors can administer to determine if you are lactose intolerant - that's what you need to have done to determine if you are or aren't lactose intolerant. You can't just presume all's good because this guy claims you're not lactose intolerant because he thinks you really just have an issue with Gordon Ramsey and swearing or whatever...
Please ChristianWhovian, ask your parents to take you to see a proper medical doctor. This guy has no business calling himself a doctor in any manner. He sounds like a charlatan, and he could be doing more damage to you in the long run by keeping you from seeking proper testing and treatment for legitimate health concerns. I only say all this because I'm concerned for your well-being.
Hugs, Tess
I asked because most of the information he told you is medically inaccurate. For example, trichotillomania is the result of a chemical imbalance in the brain, similar to obsessive-compulsive disorder. It is a way of dealing with stress and anxiety, rather than you "trying to pull something out of you." There is no way of you being allergic to Gordon Ramsay, no matter how much you dislike his swearing. However, anxiety can cause symptoms that mimic lactose intolerance, and if his swearing makes you uncomfortable/anxious, then perhaps your reaction is related in that way.
There's nothing wrong with you seeing a spirit doctor, if you believe he can help you feel better (although the way you describe him makes me concerned for your safety). However, please keep in mind that he is not a medical doctor, and cannot diagnose what you do/don't have. Almost all of the symptoms you have described in the past indicate you have an autism spectrum disorder of some kind (likely Asperger's) and anxiety. I hope that your parents will take you to see a medical doctor to be properly diagnosed. Like Tess, I am very concerned for your well-being. I will continue to pray for you every day. Hugs, Judy
Just wanting to help get rid of any confusion: The doctor is a licensed chiropractor and knew exactly what he was doing. My mom and grandma were in the other room and were allowed to see what was going on due to glass doors. If any of you are Christians, he doesn't really focus on Earth science but more on God's science. We trust him completely and he has one of the biggest testimonies out of anyone I've ever met.
I do know that I share a lot of traits of Asperger's Syndrome, and knowing what it's like helped me a lot with my cousin who has strong traits of AS.
When he said "Don't change that. Boys like that.", he was being reassuring, trying to ease my anxiety. He wasn't trying to do what you think. Just giving advice. Telling me not to change myself. Besides, he has kids and is a very loyal widower. His wife sadly passed away after having a stroke. I can still see how much he loves and misses her. It's very sweet.
There is a lot about science and our bodies we do not know about. You can't always trust regular doctors or therapists. Some believe the inaccurate details and I've seen what it's done to my best friend.
I'm glad that you trust him and feel comfortable with him - that's what is most important. As a licensed chiropractor, he likely has the expertise to work on your back. Sadly, he is not qualified to provide you with a diagnosis or medical advice beyond that. I do agree with you (from experience) that you can't always trust regular doctors, but the same is true for doctors who practice alternative and folk medicine. As a Christian, I believe strongly in the power of prayer to heal, and I think it's wonderful that you are turning to God for help and guidance. That said, I still think it's important that you get diagnosed by a medical doctor. Typically, autism spectrum disorders and anxiety disorders cannot be managed by faith alone - medical intervention is needed. I hope you find the combination that works best for you! Hugs.
