Fighting not to go backwards

I feel like i have been making giant steps towards recovery recently, i have now tackled every food that i wouldnt eat, i have been slowly working on eating all the foods my ed stopped me from eating since about september and i have now managed them all and am learning to enjoy food. Although i sometimes still get anxious when it comes to eating foods that arent so familiar i feel i have made progress. But now i am very anxious as i am going home tomorrow to my family home, i have fought ed so much here and come so far, and i am terrified of going backwards when i go home as it is a place that clearly holds triggers for me as it is where my eating disorder started. I will fight with all i've got, i am hoping that if i can get through this period at home i will in the future be able to look forward to going home without having food worries.  I am trying to think of things i can put in place to help me, but not sure what yet.....

I think the main thing to remember is how much progress you have been able to make so far. Everything you\'ve challenged yourself on so far you have achieved and with your strength atm I don\'t think this will be any different. Have you told you family yet about what you have been managing to do?
