Fidgets

I've got a case of the fidgets this morning.  You know, when you don't quite feel right and you can't sit or lie without feeling your legs, arms, and the rest of your body wants to move?  Walking doesn't help.  Waving your arms doesn't help.  Shaking your hands all around and wiggling your fingers and/or toes doesn't help.  Most of the time I don't know why I get the fidgets.  They just come on all of a sudden.  This time I know what brought them on.  My leg started itching when I went to bed and by the time I got most of it gone, the fidgets hit.  Its very frustrating.  I may be up all night. I'm getting a few things done.  I've replaced my printer cartridges that I planned to do Sunday and now have to find something else to do.  At least my brain(what little I have left) isn't asking what position my tongue should be in my mouth.  Damn you Snoopy!

Oh my -- I had muscle twitches really bad during chemotherapy for the advanced stage colon cancer I fought ten years ago and could not even sleep for four days. An on-call doctor prescribed a tranquilizer and told me if it did not work to call her and she would change the medication -- it did not work and I called her but she was never available and out of pure desperation I took one more of the pills in a desperate attempt to calm my body -- it left me unaware of who I was or where I was at or even what I was doing. My husband was alive at the time and took me into mental health -- they thought the colon cancer had spread to my brain -- but it was only the medication and no sleep for four days with muscle spasms that were the cause -- what a nightmare it all was and to think my husband had to go through that on top of almost losing me from the cancer. I miss his love and care so much -- he was just amazing where coping here alone with illness is a nightmare that seems to have no end as long as I am alone like this.

I hope you are doing much better soon.

Gentle ((hugs)) shared with you precious Mike -- and some for Kit as well of course.

I get the fidgets and don\'t know what to do with myself. But housework usually takes some of that away. I think of you often, and what it was to adjust to not working, well, I mean a job. You were so busy and it is hard to go to staying at home. I know you told me of that one job you had and how much lifting you had to do. So, how is Kit. My question marks don\'t work on my laptop, so excuse that. Truly you are amazing, and I love you Avatar. I see you like to fish, I love that. I can\'t wait for warmer weather. You made a comment about putting your winter stuff up, well, we got hit hard with snow, and I played heck getting out of my driveway. I mean heck.
