Well..  looking to improve, I often feel I don't want to improve.... May be it is the depression, but I am afraid to step out My body doesn't work well, and every time I step out It fails. Everyone seem to thik I should be better and be positive ... just pull your self up by your bootstraps and do it... I have always been able to do that but I don't seem to be able to do that anymore. just washing the dishes and making the bed are victories....  How are you suppose to figure things out when your easily confused and depressed?

What you\'ve written is very normal for someone with chronic illness, especially the ones you have. Your family will not understand the fatigue, mine doesn\'t after 18 years. Learn as much as you can about your diseases. Education helps. I\'m sorry this is so hard sometimes.

I have a lot of headaches! And the depression really gets the better of me! I know just how you feel, the fatigue is the main problem I have and dizziness , I feel so out of touch with those around me! They can\'t see the illness, be strong their must be a light at the end of this tunnel we are in!
