ferriten level

hi i was diagnosed with hemochromotosis 2 weeks ago and had my first venesection , go for my second tom (tue) and my 3rd in 2 weeks time but concerned about my ferriten levels as mine are 4400 as any one had a high level as this as most people ive read about are under 1000 and how long will it take to reach a safe level, my liver enzymes are also at 138, but liver test came back ok just enlarged thanks
