Femera

So I started a new medication this month called Femara.  I know many of you have used it.  I didn't want to go back on Clomid just because it is hard on CM and the lining.  I had a positive LH surge at day 10.  I went in to the RE's office yesterday (Saturday) for an US and trigger shot.  I was very surprised to see I had two follies.  I was told that Femara wouldn't produce as many egg's as Clomid will.  The more the marier!  It's kind of weird though because I have had menstrual like cramps starting yesterday morning all the way through the middle of the night.  I know I am not going to start a period because I was just at the RE's office and my US showed nothing like that.  I just wonder maybe it's the new medication I am on.  Who knows.  I am just excited to have two follicles measuring at 26mm.  My lining was a little on the thin side for where I am at in my cycle.  It was like 8.63 and the nurse said she wanted it to be around 10.  So we increased my Estradiol to one in the AM orally and one in the AM vaginally.  The same goes for night.  Wish me luck this month as now I am on my 2WW.  I pray for all my DS ladies that it will soon be our time! :)
