fell on ice
yesterday 2 weeks exactly in new town---to fall backwards on ice at atm.
Ashamed i fell backwards in front of driver who let me in front of him at atm..? Feeling stupid for falling---and getting up like nothing happened, when should have stayed on bank parking lot for ambulance..? More mad at myself for falling than mad at bank...?
Popped 14 low dose aspirin, took epsom salt bath, put lotion on my neck and back, an hour of ice on my head...
3 trips to new grocery store yesterday, 2nd trip for meds, 3rd trip for milk---and check on lottery ticket i found on sidewalk in my hometown months ago...a ten dollar winner! I wonder if the homeless crazy guy who buys lottery tickets in my old town deliberatly throws away winners?
Also around a friend who told me last week he has broncitus.

Falling NOT good! Finding a winner helps pay for the milk and aspirin! Hope you can skip the bronchitis. It dang near killed me last year!
