Feeling very overwhelmed

Well, it's been a very long time since I have left an entry. My grandmother whom lives with me and she is 93 is failing in her health. It's emotionally challenging for me as I am very depressed. I am trying to "keep it together" but today when I got home I found her on the floor. When I called and let her daughter know she said " It is what it is" which makes me feel very lonely and alone,,,,
