Feeling unwell

Day 11 feeling really sick again,  woke up at 5am stomach really sore  and burning in my chest, took gaviscon

which helped a bit tried to go back to sleep. Just going to take it easy today. This illness is strange yesterday I nearly felt

Normal and today I feel sick and light headed.
