Feeling uncertain

I am feeling so uncertain in my relationship.It's been up and down and Up and Down.  It certainly is challenging having so many different parts that have Mental Illness involved. Him with excessive depression with drug addiction.  Myself with Bipolar and other health issues.  It can be such a struggle some days. :(
